Status report – it’s been too long since the last one..

I’m truly sorry for the lack of recent updates. When I quit the daytime job I’ve had for the last 13 years, I planned to take 2 months off to work on the art kits + help out with building my parents new house in January/February 2014 and onward, before starting to look for a new job again in March.

The task of helping out quickly grew much larger than all of us anticipated, and I’ve pretty much done nothing else these last 3 months but help out in making them able to move into it for the set “deadline” of mid-April. There have been days inbetween where I’ve taken some time off of everything, to charge my batteries so to speak, and there’ve been weeks where I’ve spent 16 hour days, several days in a row, helping them out.

The house building project is nearing it’s end now, and I’m really looking forward to moving on with the stretch goals and beyond, starting to work on the many listed smaller art kits I’ve planned. Yes, I’m a bit worn out but I wouldn’t have taken on this task if it weren’t for the fact that I’m doing it for my parents. I do hope I’ve not upset anyone by putting the Fantasy art kit project on hold since January this year, if so, I’ll make up for it by pumping out a massive load of artwork again very soon..
